We accept payment by all major Credit and Debit cards (global) as well as bank Transfer by EFT (for SA purchases only).
Standard payments are processed via Payfast.
Please note we have no access to your card details at any time.

We SHIP WORLDWIDE using reliable door-to-door-signed-for courier services (we do not ship with the postal service).

Orders OVER ZAR 3000.00 SHIP FOR FREE (STANDARD DELIVERY 1-5 working days)
*in the case where you qualify for free shipping and decide to return the item for a refund, we will deduct R110.00 from your refund amount to cover the initial free shipping R10. Read more on our Returns & Refunds for more info
Orders less than ZAR 3000.00 are charged at R 120.00 ( STANDARD DELIVERY 1-5 working days)
OVERNIGHT EXPRESS DELIVERY is R 150.00 for all orders *MAIN CENTRES ONLY (please get in touch if you are uncertain) . Kindly note orders must be placed before 10am for next day delivery, orders placed after 10am will be delivered a day later. Overnight Express delivery applies to the next working day. If an order is placed on a weekend or a public holiday, it will arrive on the day after the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (to anywhere in the world) via DHL and FEDEX. Delivery takes 1-10 working days. Orders are delivered to your door and someone needs to sign for it so please give us a physical address that is attended during day time hours and be sure to include a reachable contact telephone number.

*PLEASE NOTE* international orders may be liable for a customs and duty charge on entry into your country (rates dependant on your country). This is completely out of our control and is your liability. You will be contacted directly by the courier company should any fees be payable and your order will only be delivered once the fees are paid. You will never be charged for shipping directly from the courier company.

If you do not accept and pay for the import fees payable, the courier company will return your shipment back to us and upon receipt we will issue you a refund LESS the COST OF SHIPPING to reach you and be returned to us (note this is likely to be more than ZAR 1000.00).
